OPEN WORKOUT SESSIONS are available free of charge for all members (at least 11 years of age) enrolled in our core programs, Kung Fu and/or Tai Chi. It provides an opportunity to practice forms independently or with other members. Sessions are also beneficial for members working together on techniques learned from many of the supplementary programs, or for members entering competition.
